MCRM ACCEPTS Most Major Insurance Carriers

Patients in need of understanding their fertility situation often refrain from seeing an infertility specialist because they believe their insurance will not cover the services. MCRM has taken steps to assist in eliminating this concern by establishing a program of services that is often covered by insurance even if you do not have full fertility benefits. Often, this includes the initial consultation and diagnostic evaluation to allow  patients the opportunity to receive answers and advice on possible treatment options.

In addition, 16 states have existing infertility treatment coverage laws. The National Infertility Association, Resolve, has a complete list of the fertility insurance mandate states including specific requirements.

Information regarding the Illinois Family Planning Act is available here.

Information regarding the Arkansas infertility mandate is available here.

MCRM is in contract with most major insurance carriers including:

  • All Savers
  • Aetna
  • Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • HealthChoice
