Note: For services prior to 8/25/2025, payments are to be made via eIVF and for dates of service on or after 8/25/2025, payments are to be made via PersonaPay. Please note, you may have balances within each portal.
Please note: On August 25, 2025 we changed billing systems from eIVF to Azalea PersonaPay.
Please check the date of service on your bill to determine which link you should use to pay your bill.
