Lauren is board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Women’s Health. Lauren joined MCRM Fertility in 2025.
Prior to joining MCRM, Lauren has worked in both hospital and private practice settings. For more than 10 years, Lauren was a Neonatal ICU nurse at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital where she was recognized with the “Treasure Chest Award” for patient and physician satisfaction, was nominated for the “Daisy Award and the “SSMile” award and while at Mercy she was recognized for providing compassionate care and exceptional service. Upon becoming a women’s health nurse practitioner, Lauren worked in private practice for 3 years and then for 3 additional years with Mercy where she earned a patient satisfaction rating of 4.8/5.
Lauren is licensed by the Missouri Board of Nursing and the Illinois Board of Nursing and certified by the National Certification Corporation.
Lauren grew up in St. Charles, Missouri and is proud to call it home. She married her high school sweetheart, Dan, and together they have two wonderful children. Outside of work, Lauren cherishes time spent with her family and enjoys staying active as a fitness instructor for barre classes. She’s an avid reader, or some call it audiobook listener, and is a sucker for a good romance novel. She also values her faith and the time she spends at church.
