Nutrition and Fitness Strategies for Improving PCOS Symptoms and Fertility

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a medical condition that affects roughly 10% of the female population, and is the most common cause of anovulatory infertility.  In many cases, the first action that health care providers recommend for women with PCOS is that they make specific lifestyle changes, such as controlling nutrition and exercise. Many women, however, do not understand what types of nutrition and exercise changes should be implemented or do not know how to make these changes work for them.  MCRM Fertility has partnered with R3 and Stephanie Wolf, ACE-CPT, NASM, CES, FMS certified movement specialist to provide and hour educational class to improve your fertility through nutrition and fitness. In just one hour we will discuss specific changes that you can make immediately, what foods you should be eating (and what to avoid), and how to make these strategies fit into your daily life.
